Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.Oversee the procurement and provision of spare parts for railway machines.Issue invoices for completed works and services.Coordinate logistics services for the transport of machinery.Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.Compile and submit monthly reports on commercial activities and performance.Draft contracts and commercial offers.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsabilități Principale
Gestionarea relațiilor cu furnizorii și subcontractorii.Supravegherea achiziției și aprovizionării cu piese de schimb pentru utilaje feroviare.Emiterea facturilor pentru lucrările și serviciile efectuate.Coordonarea serviciilor logistice pentru transportul utilajelor.Pregătirea și gestionarea bugetelor pentru operațiuni eficiente.Întocmirea și prezentarea rapoartelor lunare privind activitățile comerciale.Redactarea contractelor și ofertelor comerciale.Asigurarea conformității cu politicile și procedurile companiei.

Qualifications
Requirements:

Proven experience in a commercial role (experience in the railway sector is an advantage).Strong organizational and relationship management skills.Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and reporting.Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian (written and spoken).Knowledge of logistics processes is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Experiență relevantă în roluri comerciale (experiența în sectorul feroviar constituie un avantaj).Abilități puternice de organizare și gestionare a relațiilor.Competențe solide în bugetare, controlul costurilor și raportare.Abilități excelente de comunicare în limba engleză și română (scris și vorbit).Cunoștințe despre procesele logistice constituie un avantaj.Capacitatea de a lucra bine în echipă și independent.
