Job Description

As an Associate, Process Improvement at PSI you will be responsible for the following functions: 

  • Conduct rigorous analysis, design, and monitoring of business processes utilizing established continuous improvement methodologies
  • Formulate and implement robust performance monitoring mechanisms to ensure strict compliance with organizational standards
  • Contribute significantly to process and technology implementations, including comprehensive data collection and in-depth analysis
  • Deliver thorough and effective training on relevant processes and systems/tools to PSI staff, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
  • Develop and maintain meticulous documentation, including detailed manuals, guidelines, and professional presentations
  • Actively engage in cross-functional process improvement initiatives, driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Linguistics, Library Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software development
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, or SPARQL) and understanding of data modelling and taxonomies is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and analyze complex information
  • Familiarity with semantic technologies, ontology languages (OWL, RDF), and tools like Protégé is a plus
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, and passion for organizing knowledge
