SN DECO Group este in cautarea unui nou coleg Plant Manager a carui misiune va fi de a coordona procesele de fabricatie ale unitatii noastre de productie cu focus pe asigurarea calitatii, optimizarea costurilor si managerierea echipei.

Candidatul ideal

  • Studii superioare tehnice
  • Minim 5 ani experienta in management, ideal in managementul fabricii si operatiuni de productie
  • Capacități excelente de leadership si comunicare, gandire strategică, abilitatea de a lua decizii sub presiune
  • Limba engleza nivel avansat
  • Permis de conducere categoria B.

Responsabilitati

  • Supraveghează și coordonează activitățile de producție și de operațiuni din cadrul fabricii
  • Reprezintă compania în relațiile cu partenerii externi si autoritatile pentru consolidarea parteneriatelor
  • Supraveghează funcționarea fabricii pentru a asigura eficiența operațională și optimizarea proceselor de producție
  • Colaborează cu managerii de departament pentru a implementa metode și tehnologii noi care să crească productivitatea și să reducă costurile
  • Evaluează periodic performanța echipei și identifică oportunități pentru îmbunătățirea performanței individuale și de grup
  • Monitorizează și gestionează bugetele alocate, asigurându-se că resursele financiare sunt utilizate eficient
  • Implementează standarde stricte de calitate pentru produsele finite, garantând conformitatea cu cerințele clienților
  • Supervizarea și coordonarea tuturor aspectelor operaționale legate de producție
