The
Compliance Officer
will support the Legal and Compliance department by maintaining key governance controls and assisting business units and support functions in meeting compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the annual Compliance plan.
  • Manage the Compliance inbox and handle internal/external queries.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews and update ISMS documentation (ISO
  • Classify and manage data protection incidents.
  • Oversee incident investigations and escalation processes.
  • Assist in responding to data protection and information security queries.
  • Support DPIA reviews and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate responses to due diligence requests and tender submissions.
  • Assist with compliance awareness campaigns and training.
  • Support audit, risk, and environmental compliance activities (ISO 14001, ESOS).
  • Help prepare for management review meetings.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of GDPR (
    required
    )
  • Experience working in an ISO 27001 environment (
    desirable
    )
  • Comfortable working with a range of systems and applications
