•Absolvent de studii superioare tehnice in ingineria mecanica;

•Experienta de lucru in proiectarea de produse;

•Experienta de proiectare in Catia V5R19;

•Cunostinte in domeniile sudura, desen tehnic, rezistenta materialelor;

•Cunostinte in asamblari si organe de masini

•Calcul de tolerante;

•Disponibilitate la deplasari in strainatate;

•Limba engleza si/sau germana: nivel avansat.

Descrierea jobului


•stabilirea solutiilor tehnice constructive optime, calcule dimensionale, documentatie de executie, modele si desene 3D in modulele specifice CATIA V5;

•proiectare amortizoare pornind de la prelevarea si masurarea mostrelor, a fortelor de amortizare determinate pe stand – in cazul proiectelor de AM;

•proiectare amortizoare pornind de la datele de intrare primite de la client – in cazul proiectelor de OE;

•realizarea calculelor dimensionale, functionale si a tolerantelor de executie pentru amortizoarele proiectate;

•asigurarea asistentei tehnice pe intregul flux de productie al amortizoarelor de la faza de prototipuri , omologare si pe toata perioada productiei de serie;

•analiza dosarelor de omologare pentru prima mostra, a amortizoarelor si reperelor nou proiectate, in vederea aprobarii, corectarii sau respingerii pieselor la furnizor;
elaborarea, actualizarea, gestionarea si arhivarea documentatiei tehnice de executie si constructive pentru toate proiectele utilizand softurile companiei.
