Tool designer (Inginer proiectant matrite)

Responsabilitati

  • Crearea de proiecte 3D pentru matrite de injecție masa plastica și turnare a zincului
  • Organizarea și desfășurarea discuțiilor cu clienții pe parcursul procesului de proiectare a matritelor
  • Furnizarea informațiilor necesare pentru ofertele de preț
  • Crearea de desene CAD 2D ale pieselor componente
  • Crearea de liste de materiale și liste de piese de achiziționat
  • Furnizarea activă de asistență pentru procesul de fabricație
  • Efectuarea (sau punerea în funcțiune) de simulări și evaluarea acestora
  • Informarea independentă a superiorilor și găsirea în comun a unor soluții în cazul depășirii termenelor și costurilor
  • Respectarea specificațiilor legale și ale clienților în timpul proiectării
  • Crearea proiectării pe baza ghidurilor de proiectare, a structurilor standard și a componentelor existente
  • Îndeplinirea cerințelor de calitate
  • Colaborarea strânsă cu departamentele de interfață și clienții pentru a implementa cât mai bine procesul sau procedura matriței proiectate
  • Prezentarea și explicarea independentă a stadiului actual al proiectării și punerea în aplicare a modificărilor rezultate

Cerinte

  • Studii superioare: inginerie mecanica sau calificare similara
  • Experienta de jminim 3 ani intr.-o pozitie similara
  • Cunostinte bune ale sistemelor CAD (de preferinta Cimatron)
  • Abilități bune de comunicare, de lucru în echipă într-un mod structurat și orientat spre soluții
  • Cunoștințe avansate de limba engleză - vorbită și scrisa
