Căutăm un Junior Events Account Manager care să pună în scenă evenimente memorabile și să aibă ochi de vultur pentru bugete și detalii.

Ce vei face?

· Vei gestiona implementarea pentru evenimente B2B & B2C, conferințe și activări în festivaluri etc.

· Te vei ocupa de coordonarea echipelor interne de implementare în teren și a furnizorilor pentru livrarea impecabilă a fiecărui proiect.

· Vei avea un rol activ în strategie și creație, dezvoltând briefuri pentru echipa creativă.

· Vei interacționa direct cu clienții și echipele interne pentru a asigura o comunicare fluidă și eficientă.

· Vei dezvolta, monitoriza și optimiza bugetele evenimentelor, livrând proiecte la standarde ridicate de calitate și eficiență, cu focus pe satisfacția clientului.

Ce așteptăm de la tine?

· Ai minimum 2 ani de experiență în organizare de evenimente/ BTL.

· Deții abilități solide de project management, negociere cu furnizorii și coordonare a echipelor în teren.

· Ai cunoștințe de MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office etc), bugetare, negociere, analiză și gândire strategică.

· Ești hands-on, orientat spre soluții rapide și eficiență.

· Ai capacitatea de a vedea imaginea de ansamblu și te organizezi impecabil.

· Poți gestiona mai multe proiecte simultan și te adaptezi unui ritm de lucru dinamic.

· You are fluent in English
