The role
The Publishing Delivery Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of digital content ("stories"). This position involves coordinating various aspects of the publishing lifecycle, from governance adherence to social amplification and performance audits, often in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in managing content delivery processes.
What you'll do
- Content Governance:
Ensure all published content adheres to established governance policies, standards, and procedures. - Cross-Team Collaboration:
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with various internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., partners) to ensure smooth content delivery. - Social Promotion & Amplification:
Coordinate the promotion and amplification strategies for published stories across relevant social media platforms and other digital channels. - Content Audits:
Conduct regular or ad-hoc audits of published "stories" as requested, including those from key partners, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance. - Delivery Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end delivery process of published content, ensuring timely and effective distribution. - Support & Assistance:
Provide support and assistance within the publishing workflow, potentially collaborating with team members.
What you need to have
- Proven experience in a coordination, project management, or content operations role, preferably within a digital publishing or media environment.
- Strong understanding of content governance principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media promotion and amplification strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly for conducting audits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant content management systems (CMS) and digital tools is a plus.
