About The Role
We're looking for a CFC Controller SEE to safeguard our financial practice with vigilance and strategic insight. In this role you will be based in Bucharest, Romania and will be working closely with our SEE Reckitt Core business, reporting to the SEE FP&A Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Professional finance or accounting certification, backing your industry knowledge with formal qualifications.
• 2-3 years of experience within the finance industry, preferably in FP & A.
• Adept at financial modelling, with excellent Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
• A firm understanding of financial statements including P & L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, navigating stakeholder relationships with ease.

The experience we're looking for

• University degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2 years' experience in Controlling / Financial analysis, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular, and SAP
• Fluent Romanian and English
• Strong business understanding
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a cross-country team environment
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, adapting to changes
• Attention to details
