The Marketing Risk & Controls Analyst is part of the Marketing Risk & Controls team at This role will provide oversight and reporting roll-up across key Marketing groups. 

Successful internal control quality management requires individuals who are able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, integrate perspectives and ultimately drive beneficial business outcomes.

This role provides a hybrid way of working with an onsite presence of 2 days/week.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

Support the implementation and ongoing execution of Marketing's risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates

Assist in the coordination and collection of inputs for control attestations and reporting required under the Global Internal Audit Annual Plan

Help conduct reviews to assess Marketing's control environment and compliance with applicable policies, standards, and contractual obligations

Track the status of identified issues and remediation actions, ensuring updates are recorded and escalated appropriately for reporting to leadership

Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Central Risk & Compliance, Legal, and Privacy to support risk and compliance initiatives

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of controls, processes, and assessment results, following internal audit guidelines and ERM framework (Enterprise risk management) 

Document the results of control testing activities and assist in summarizing findings and recommendations.

Contribute to the identification of areas for process improvement and support the implementation of enhancements to the risk and controls framework
