How you will contribute
  • RWA & Capital Calculation & Reporting: Coordinate the calculation, reconciliation, and reporting of RWA for all risk types at individual and consolidated levels, adhering to regulatory  and Erste Group requirements. Monitor minimum capital requirements;
  • Large Exposures & Related Parties: Coordinate the calculation, reconciliation and reporting of large exposures and exposures to related parties;
  • Methodology & Tool Development: Coordinate the development, maintenance, and documentation of calculation methodologies, tools, and reporting processes;
  • Stress Testing: Coordinate integrated stress testing exercises, including scenario selection, data provision, analysis, and reporting of results to management, Erste Group, and the NBR.
  • Risk Appetite & Limits: Coordinate the preparation and reporting of the Risk Appetite Statement, the development and monitoring of the risk limits;
  • Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with Basel II & III, NBR regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate the preparation of related documentation (Pillar III reports, annual reports, ICAAP reports);
  • Risk Assessment & Reporting: Coordinate risk materiality assessments, concentration risk identification and measurement, and reporting to relevant stakeholders;
  • Process Improvement: Propose and implement measures to reduce RWA, optimize processes, and enhance reporting accuracy;
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal units, Erste Group, and regulatory bodies (NBR).
What will help you be successful
  • Long-term higher education in economics: economic and/or statistical;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in activity/specialty/field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial-banking institutions;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in management activities;
  • Expert knowledge of the banking sector and BASEL II&III (RWA, Risk Parameters, ICAAP);
  • Expert knowledge of BASEL II&III compliant regulations and other NBR regulations applicable to the activity;
  • Basic statistical and modeling knowledge;
  • Advanced technical knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), MS Access;
  • English - advanced level.
