Maintenance/Service Supervisor (Bucuresti, Romania) M/F


Mission

Oversee the maintenance and repair of BU-assigned units, in line with customer and corporate requirements for quality improvement, safety, cost improvement and customer satisfaction in support of BU objectives.


Main responsibilities

Supervise maintenance work by visiting buildings and elevators during maintenance, monitoring and resolving incidents, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and cost-efficiency standards. Ensure that maintenance meets company quality standards and all contractual requirements. Plan maintenance work on existing elevators, to coordinate resources and meet deadlines. Communicate and manage product incidents with the factory. Implement customer and company requirements for quality, performance reliability and passenger safety for each unit under his/her supervision. Attend customer incidents and provide mutually satisfactory solutions. Develop and implement a workforce selection, training and development program. Performance evaluation essential to productivity and quality improvement objectives Support sales staff in estimating service orders, planning and executing orders, and investigating and resolving customer complaints. Implement a route management strategy to ensure consistent application of preventive maintenance procedures while keeping labor to a minimum.
