*Tasks*

  • Lead or support existing workstreams of the Oracle HCM suite during implementation projects.
  • Align with the project implementation methodology and the overall project management structure to deliver best-practice HR processes and configurations.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment within the project team and demonstrate strong knowledge of how to lead a customer.
  • Work towards and align with the overarching project goal, contributing to overall project success.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with a primary focus on Core HR (Global HR).
  • Proven expertise in configuring and implementing Core HR modules, including:
  • Enterprise Structures
  • Workforce Structures
  • Jobs, Positions, and Grades
  • Person and Employment Management
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies, including hire-to-retire lifecycle, global workforce management, and organizational structures.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and translating them into system configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data migrations
  • Fast Formulas for calculations and validations
  • HCM Extracts for reporting and integrations
  • Ability to conduct system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deliver end-user training.
  • Knowledge of Oracle quarterly updates and ability to assess their impact on Core HR functionality.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, global project environments, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days

  • Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, German nice to have
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel: around 20%
