Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding, and employer contributions are met.
- Train, develop, and evaluate payroll team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Receive assignments in the form of objectives with goals and determine the process to meet those goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert for payroll legislation and taxes in all countries you manage.
- Use advanced Excel skills, formulas, and macros to reconcile complex payroll matters. Reconcile and sign off on payroll completion for the countries you manage.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills:
- Previous similar experience in payroll process in multi-national environment.
- Experience in working in a shared services environment will be an advantage.
- Understanding of payroll accounting entries.
- Good problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive & self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to form strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery.
