The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in the mechanical integration of analytical systems, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Analyze engineering documents (P&ID and GA drawings) to create detailed mechanical integration plans;
- Participate in project meetings and act as a key collaborator during the handover to production kick-off stage;
- Collaborate with Design Engineering, Testing, and QA to disposition discrepant parts and assemblies, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions;
- Develop safe and efficient manufacturing processes by researching, designing, modifying, and testing methods and tools;
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers and work together to build and provide mechanical supports, assemblies, and tools for system integration;
- Develop training guidelines and evaluation procedures for mechanical technicians;
- Research and recommend new manufacturing methods to improve production capacity, efficiency, and quality;
- Create comprehensive manufacturing documentation necessary for production of analytical systems;
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of tools and machining equipment, following manufacturer instructions and company procedures;
- Participate in multi-functional process improvement teams and implement lean manufacturing principles;
- Provide support to the testing team for internal checkout and factory acceptance tests (FAT);
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electro technical Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience providing engineering support in a manufacturing setting;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage different projects;
- Knowledge of MS Office and CAD software;
- Experience implementing and supporting Lean Manufacturing practices;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Hands-on experience with mechanical integration of analytical systems;
- Experience working directly with suppliers and contractors to design and implement mechanical assemblies;
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies beyond Lean Manufacturing;
- Exposure to testing and validation procedures, including factory acceptance testing (FAT).
