Responsabilities:

  • Define assembly processes from scratch.
  • Prepare production-specific documentation (e.g., work instructions, process flow charts).
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and yield.
  • Training of operators after setting up the equipment.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineers in the plant and internationally.
  • Participate in other required activities with the team.

For This Role, YouWill Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in process engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment, mandatory SMT Processes.
  • Proficiency English (verbal and written).
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
