Auditorul participa alaturi de membrii echipei la realizarea in bune conditii a misiunilor de audit financiar. Isi insuseste metodologiile si participa la aplicarea acestora conform practicilor si standardelor interne fiind subordonat unui Manager. Asadar, noul nostru coleg va trebui sa:

  • Coordoneze si sa participe la misiuni de audit financiar (planificare si executie) conform standardelor de audit (ISA);
  • Participe la evaluarea riscurilor semnificative și la stabilirea procedurilor de audit adecvate;
  • Delege, indrume, supervizeze si revizuiasca activitatile in cadrul echipei de audit, conform pregătirii colegilor din echipa;
  • Mentina o buna legatura cu clientii, sa comunice eficient si in timp util;
  • Respecte deadline-urile asumate in cadrul misiunilor de audit la care participa;
  • Semnaleze prompt orice elemente/situatii ce prin natura sau amploarea lor pot avea consecinte negative asupra realizarii in conditii corespunzatoare a misiunii incredintate si in limitele de timp stabilite cu coordonatorul direct;
  • Aduca la cunostinta coordonatorului echipei orice situatie ce poate conduce la un conflict de interese si o lezare a independentei, in raport cu clientul pentru care lucreaza;
  • Pastreze caracterul confidential al informatiilor la care are acces pe parcursul desfasurarii activitatii atat in cadrul companiei cat si in relatia directa cu clientii/tertii.

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare (Contabilitate, Finanțe, Audit sau domenii conexe); constituie avantaj - certificări profesionale (ASPAAS, CAFR, ACCA, sau echivalent);
  • Limba engleza - nivel avansat;
  • Experienta relevanta de minim 5 ani in audit financiar;
  • Cunostinte foarte bune de contabilitate si a cadrului de raportare financiara RAS (IFRS - constituie avantaj);
  • Utilizare avansată MS Office (Excel), cunostinte privind utilizarea softurilor specifice de audit / instrumente de analiza a datelor si abilitați de lucru cu baze de date extrase din ERP (SAP, Oracle etc);
  • Gandire analitica, orientare spre detalii;
  • Capacitatea de a gestiona mai multe proiecte simultan si de a lucra cu termene limita;
  • Competente de comunicare scrisa si verbala la nivel profesionist;
