Senior Technical Recruiter
to join us on a
project-based assignment (4–6 months)
, with the
potential for extension
based on performance and project pipeline.

What you'll own as a Senior IT Recruiter (Project-Based):

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment cycles
    for mid-senior to leadership IT roles.
  • Support multiple clients (software, BPO, product, or digital transformation) with
    urgent hiring needs
    .
  • Source, engage, and present top candidates for roles such as:
  • Backend & Frontend Developers (Java, .NET, Python, JS frameworks)
  • DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Cloud Architects
  • IT Support, Security, and Data roles
  • Run the full funnel: job briefing → sourcing → screening → candidate care → offer management.
  • Advise hiring managers on
    market conditions, salary levels, and candidate availability
    .
  • Track your hiring KPIs and ensure
    on-time delivery
    for every assigned requisition.
  • Work within ATS tools and contribute to a
    positive candidate and client experience
    .

What you bring:

  • 5+ years
    of hands-on technical recruitment experience (preferably agency-side or RPO).
  • Proven track record in
    hiring for IT/tech roles
    in Romania or internationally.
  • Solid sourcing experience: you know how to uncover hidden talent through
    LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, Boolean search
    .
  • Clear and confident communicator – both with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to juggle multiple roles with tight SLAs.

It's a plus if you have:

  • Previous experience working on
    project-based or contract assignments
    .
  • Familiarity with hiring in
    Agile, DevOps, or startup environments
    .
  • Experience supporting clients in
    Fintech, SaaS, or Managed Services
    .

    Project-Based Contract (CTP Group payroll)
  • Duration:
    4–6 months, with possibility of extension depending on performance and client needs

    ASAP (flexible onboarding)

    Remote / Hybrid / On-site –
    Preferably based in Bucharest or nearby areas
