Alatura-te echipei noastre ca Personal Banker Trainee Acest rol este dedicat tinerilor ambitiosi, oferindu-le oportunitatea de a beneficia de traininguri complexe pentru a se familiariza cu domeniul financiar-bancar. Vei lucra in front office in mai multe sucursale, acumuland o experienta diversificata. Dupa finalizarea programului de training, vei putea ocupa un rol de Personal Banker intr-o singura sucursala, unde vei efectua operatiuni cash si non-cash si vei promova servicii de creditare.

Despre job
  • Participi activ la trainingurile oferite, asimiland cunostintele necesare pentru a performa in domeniul financiar-bancar.
  • Oferi suport in realizarea operatiunilor bancare, inclusiv tranzactii cu numerar;
  • Interactionezi atat cu clienti PF, cat si PJ, pentru zona operationala;
  • Promovezi in mod activ servicii de creditare pentru clientii PF;
  • Contribui la mentinerea unui mediu bancar eficient si sigur, gestionand fluxul de numerar si asigurand respectarea plafonului de numerar.

  • Detii diploma de licenta;
  • Esti o persoana proactiva si iti place sa interactionezi cu diverse tipologii de oameni;
  • Esti pasionat/a de cifre, vanzari si negociere;
  • Detii experienta pe pozitii ce implica gestionarea eficienta a numerarului;
  • Ai capacitatea de a lucra eficient atat independent, cat si in echipa;
  • Iti doresti sa inveti si sa te dezvolti profesional;
  • Ai abilitati bune de utilizare a pachetului Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
