HR Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Trainee to join our team in the Bucharest Office, on a part-time position of 6 hours/day, limited period of 3-6 months.

As a HR Trainee, you will be responsible for the following:

•    Support the team in recruitment & training processes

•    Be creative with monthly HR newsletter

•    Coordinate the on-boarding process

•    Update and create ad-hoc HR analysis, as requested by business

To be successful in the role, you should be:

•    Students are welcome to apply

•    Good written and verbal communication skills.

•    Proficient grammar skills in English and Romanian. 

•    Proficiency in MS Office

•    Organizational skills
