For one of our clients, an advertising agency, known for bold, creative campaigns that make an impact locally and globally, we are looking for a
HR Business Partner.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles (creative, strategy, production, client service)
  • Handle multiple vacancies at once, often with shifting priorities and timelines
  • Work with hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, and deliver a great candidate experience

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Advise team leads and department heads on team structure, performance, and retention
  • Align people strategies with business goals using data and insight
  • Support organizational change and growth with a people-first approach

People Experience & Culture

  • Help build an inclusive, empowering, and engaging work environment
  • Lead or support key HR programs like onboarding, learning & development, feedback, and engagement
  • Contribute to maintaining and strengthening our creative, team-oriented culture

Employee Relations & Coaching

  • Guide managers and employees on topics like performance, team dynamics, and development
  • Handle sensitive conversations with care, fairness, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, ideally in fast-paced or creative environments
  • Minimum 1 year in an HRBP role, working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and ability to adapt them to a non-corporate setting
  • Experience in advertising, media, tech, or similar industries is a plus
