Role: Junior/Mid RPA Developer

The role:


We are looking for a Junior/Mid RPA Developer for our office in VASS BRASOV, who would join a team of open-minded and personable people.

  • Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath Studio with senior developer guidance
  • Automate repetitive tasks across various applications including SAP GUI, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document process requirements
  • Assist in creating technical documentation and process workflows
  • Debug, test, and enhance automation workflows with basic error handling
  • Learn and apply REFramework patterns following established development standards
  • Support deployment and scheduling of bots in UiPath Orchestrator
  • Provide first-level support for automated solutions and participate in knowledge transfer sessions

And you?

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on UiPath development experience
  • Basic to good understanding of REFramework and UiPath Orchestrator components (queues, assets, triggers)
  • Some practical experience in SAP automation (SAP GUI scripting, basic transaction handling)
  • Experience with Excel automation and email automation (Outlook) preferred
  • Basic to intermediate skills in programming or scripting (VB.NET, C#, or similar)
  • Ability to work with guidance while managing assigned automation tasks
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with business users and technical teams
  • Willingness to learn documentation practices (Process Design Documents and Solution Design Documents)
