Role Mission

The role aims to ensure the efficiency and quality of the aftersales technical service, contributing to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensuring the operational continuity of our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on Laser, Punching and Bending machinery at customer sites
  • Carry out mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Prepare service intervention reports
  • Collaborate with technical coordinators and team colleagues to manage priorities and complex cases
  • Promote the correct and safe use of machinery at customer sites

Technologies

  • Punching (stand alone, combi laser, combi shearing)
  • Bending (press brake, panel bender)
  • Laser cutting machinery (2D + 3D laser)
  • systems (variety combination of previous families and possibly connected to the automatic storage systems)

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Diploma (electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic specialization)
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical instrumentation and diagnostic tools
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and customer orientation
  • Proficiency in using PCs (Office suite, diagnostic tools)
  • Category B driving license and ability to manage business travel independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with coordinators and colleagues
  • Good knowledge of the English language
