About the Role

At CLA Romania, we're looking for a driven
Senior HR Consultant
to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality services to one of our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with experts across various business lines and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Will be dedicated fully to support the HR function of one of our clients;
  • Will prepare the HR documentation for our client's employees;
  • Will work closely with our Payroll team and prepare the payroll input for monthly calculation;
  • Will draft/ implement/ maintain internal procedures and HR policies for our client;
  • Will help align processes;
  • Will help drive the digital improvements.
  • Will be fully dedicated to one of our clients, maintain the relationship with the client and travel to the client's location each time is needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within professional services.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to work with deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of business.
  • Experience with DP Payroll platform is a plus.
