North Bucharest Investments își extinde echipa și caută un Sales Director cu experiență solidă în real estate, coordonare de echipe și dezvoltare comercială.

Rolul este strategic și presupune responsabilitatea totală asupra vânzărilor, performanței echipei și dezvoltării portofoliului companiei.

Idealul candidat este un lider orientat spre rezultate, cu gândire strategică, abilitate de negociere avansată și experiență în segmente premium – imobiliar și/sau auto.

Responsibilities


• Dezvoltă și implementează strategia de vânzări pentru proiectele din portofoliul NBI.


• Coordonează, motivează și evaluează echipa de vânzări pentru atingerea obiectivelor.


• Gestionează direct procesul de vânzare pentru clienți și investitori premium.


• Analizează piața, identifică oportunități și propune direcții strategice de creștere.


• Creează și optimizează procese interne de sales & client journey.


• Colaborează strâns cu managementul, marketingul și departamentele operaționale.


• Menține relații solide cu parteneri, agenții, dezvoltatori și investitori.


• Monitorizează performanțele și raportează KPI-urile către top management.


• Reprezintă compania în întâlniri, evenimente și parteneriate externe.

Requirements


• Minimum 5+ ani experiență în vânzări (real estate, automotive sau alte industrii cu ticket mare).


• Experiență anterioară într-un rol de coordonare / management.


• Abilități excelente de negociere și comunicare.


• Mentalitate orientată spre rezultate și dezvoltare strategică.


• Capacitate dovedită de leadership și management de echipă.


• Gândire analitică și înțelegere profundă a pieței.


• Limba engleză – nivel avansat.
