We are hiring a
Customer Segment Marketing Specialist
to help shape how Steelcase engages with key customer segments and brings its partner brands to market across EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategic marketing and brand management - developing targeted programs for different customer groups while driving the integration and visibility of selected partner brands. You'll join a collaborative team focused on relevance, growth, and international alignment.

Who You Are:
You are a strategic marketing professional with experience in B2B Marketing, where you develop and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for diverse customer groups. Your experience enables you to translate customer insights into impactful marketing initiatives. You bring a collaborative mindset, excel at building cross-functional relationships, and are passionate about driving relevance and differentiation across customer segments. You thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated to shape marketing approaches that resonate with specific customer needs and business priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand management, partner marketing, or strategic marketing roles
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

Desired Skills And Experience

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing plans
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a matrixed or global organization
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
• Experience working in multi-brand or B2B environments, ideally with a focus on customer-centric marketing

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to specific customer segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Translate customer and market insights into targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth across key segments.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to amplify marketing impact and co-develop value propositions for vertical-specific audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Customer Vertical Marketing strategy by identifying new opportunities for differentiation and scalable partner-driven programs.
