Tasks

  • administrative support of the Group's corporate real estate management activities,
  • proving and managing incoming invoices, issue invoices (lease fee, utility charges, etc..) and managing the invoicing procedures, indexations,
  • maintaining contact and cooperation with connecting business areas (finance, tax departments, cost accounting, treasury, etc..),
  • participating in controlling and reporting,
  • preparation of tax reports,
  • real estate data base management,
  • AM and PM tasks,
  • coordination and monitoring of external FM partner activities with cost and quality control,
  • cadastral administrative tasks,
  • contact person for public authorities, landlords, tenants, internal corporate users, buyers and sellers of real estates,
  • cooperation with real estate agents, lawyers, notary, and valuators,
  • support the negotiation of lease agreements, sales/purchase agreements
  • contract management,
  • administrative support of investments projects,
  • supporting coordination of sustainability projects,
  • participating in real estate market research

Qualifications
Requirements:

  • graduated in economic studies, real estate and/or accountancy knowledge is an advantage,
  • min. 5 years professional experience,
  • driving license with driving experience,
  • fluent in English, and German is an advantage,
