Profilul candidatului ideal
- Experiență dovedită în sales management, preferabil în domenii premium (real estate, luxury retail, banking private, concierge, hospitality high-end).
- Abilitatea de a construi și conduce o echipă performantă, orientată spre rezultate și excelență.
- Mentalitate strategică, focus pe KPI, leadership prin exemplu și standarde impecabile de etică.
- Networking solid și capacitatea de a interacționa natural cu persoane de nivel înalt – antreprenori, investitori, personalități publice.
- Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel avansat.
Responsabilități principale
- Coordonarea și motivarea echipei de consultanți imobiliari
- Dezvoltarea și implementarea strategiilor de vânzări pentru atingerea și depășirea targetelor.
- Training, mentoring și evaluarea continuă a echipei, cu focus pe excelență și performanță individuală.
- Reprezentarea companiei la evenimente exclusiviste, parteneriate și networking de nivel premium.
- Raportare directă către managementul ANG I Forbes Global Properties.
