• Studii universitare finalizate, preferabil în logistică sau Supply Chain management.


• Experiență solidă în supply chain, ideal în proiecte de transformare IT.


• Cunoștințe solide de sisteme ERP, precum SAP (inclusiv SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) și module relevante (ex.: MM, SD, PP, APO, BP, Fiori)


• Orientare spre optimizarea proceselor și integrarea acestora cu sisteme IT. Înțelegerea proceselor de business end-to-end


• Cunoștințe/certificări de project management și abilități de prezentare clară a informațiilor complexe.


• Comunicare fluentă în limba engleză;


• Abilități excelente de relaționare; proactivitate și inițiativă


• Gândire analitică, interes pentru date, IT și dezvoltarea proceselor.


• Stil de lucru autonom, eficient și orientat spre soluții.


• Abilități avansate de lucru in excel/alte programe de calcul sau rapoarte

CE VEI FACE?

Participare în proiecte internaționale cu efect în business-ul local:


• Coordonare continuă cu echipa internațională și locală de proiect, aliniere obiective și etape de implementare.


• Facilitarea tranziției eficiente către versiunea actualizată a sistemului SAP


• Change management

Coordonarea procesului de migrare și validare a datelor:


• Implicare activă în activitățile de colectare, curățare și validare a datelor.


• Verificare tabele, câmpuri configurate în noul sistem


• Asigurare acuratețe și calitate date transferate în noul sistem.


• Sprijinire dezvoltare competențe utilizatori din departament cât și alte echipe


• Verificare autorizații în funcție de rol


• Verificare rapoarte configurate în noul sistem, în funcție de procesele noi SC

Organizarea și livrarea de sesiuni de training pentru echipa Supply Chain (SC):


• Oferire de ajutor continuu pentru utilizarea eficientă a noilor funcționalități


• Pregătire și furnizare materiale de tip proceduri, manuale, prezentări pentru utilizatorii noii versiuni

Oferirea de suport proactiv în perioada de "hyper care" și ulterior


• Gestionare rapidă a incidentelor și colaborare cu echipele relevante pentru soluționare.


• Menținere/îmbunătățire productivitate echipă SC:


• Activități post migrare: analiză calitate proces, rezolvare erori, îmbunătățiri


• Definire și monitorizare indicatori cheie de performanță (KPIs) pentru evaluare eficiență procese și sisteme implementate, asigurând alinierea acestora cu obiectivele proiectului, ale departamentului și ale organizației.
