Wolt Market is our own grocery store concept, designed to deliver an outstanding online grocery experience with speed and convenience. As we continue to expand Wolt Market in Romania, we're looking for an experienced and driven
Supply Chain Manager
to help us take our operations to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Wolt Market Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier collaboration

You will demonstrate ownership of supply chain efficiencies and play a critical role helping Wolt Market to build, manage and optimize a complex procurement system that will continue to evolve and expand. You will produce and analyze weekly metrics and be involved with all aspects of operational supplier management.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Owns and daily manages our inventory systems and processes
• Handles moderate issues like ordering optimization
• Works independently on daily tasks
• Communicates with vendors, internal teams, and departments
• May lead small teams or supervise juniors
• Manages inventory projects like launching new product solutions
• Makes decisions regarding stock ups, downlifts on forecasts for eg., to improve on availability and shrinkage
• Works with vendors, procurement, and internal departments
• Suggests and implements process improvements like inventory optimization
• Analyzes inventory data, identifies trends, and makes suggestions

• Excellent skills in G Suite or MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Fluency in English and Romanian
