To achieve it, we are looking for a
Oracle Fusion Expert
to join the team.

Your role within Advisority:

  • Analyze the company's business processes and requirements to determine the most suitable Oracle Fusion ERP modules for implementation;
  • Supervise and lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud modules;
  • Coordinate with various teams, manage timelines, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the deployment process;
  • Provide expert guidance on ERP functionality, integration, and process improvements;
  • Design scalable and flexible ERP architecture tailored to the company's needs;
  • Ensure configurations and customizations are performed efficiently and effectively;
  • Support change management initiatives, ensuring user adoption and system optimization post-implementation;
  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues during implementation and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, configurations, and implementation progress.

What sets you apart
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Proven experience (minimum 7+ years) in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud modules, architecture, and implementations;
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to ERP modules such as Financials, HCM, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc;
  • Experience in module selection, designing solution architecture, and overseeing large-scale ERP projects;
  • Certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud modules or related areas are a plus.
