Hello We are SKILLD by eJobs and we set out to connect super talents with super companies. At this moment we are looking for a Senior Accountant for an important financial consulting company.

Main responsibilities:

Coordinating the team's activities for dedicated Client portfolio;

Checking the accuracy and completeness of the accounting records, while following quality control procedures;

Performing month-end closing activities and reconciliations;

Preparing Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and VAT calculations;

Preparing tax declarations for VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), and Income Tax;

Preparing monthly/quarterly reports specific to each client;

Preparing half-year accounting reports and annual financial statements;

Preparing/Reviewing statistical reports as required by the National Bank of Romania;

Providing assistance during tax audits or financial audits.

Key requirements

Bachelor degree in Economics or other relevant areas;

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting field, experience in consulting services is an advantage;

Good knowledge of SAP system;

Very good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (IFRS experience is an advantage);

CECCAR trainee or member;

Very good communication skills in English;
