Your Role:

You will be the bridge between talent and opportunity. As our
HR Recruiter
, you'll identify high-potential candidates, design effective hiring workflows, and ensure that every new team member feels the company's energy, ambition, and commitment to professional and financial recognition.

We are looking for a
driven and creative HR Recruiter
who will play a key role in shaping the future of our team. You'll help us find top talent, establish smooth and modern recruitment processes using
Zoho Recruit
, and build a culture where people feel valued and inspired to grow.

What you'll do:

Build and manage
end-to-end recruitment processes
using
Zoho Recruit / Zoho People Suite
.

Identify, attract, and engage
high-potential candidates
for both technical and non-technical roles.

Develop
creative sourcing strategies
(LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, campus programs, etc.).

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment goals.

Ensure a
positive candidate experience
— from first contact to onboarding.

Create and maintain a
talent pipeline
aligned with company growth plans.

Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve efficiency and quality of hires.

Contribute ideas for
employer branding, onboarding, and engagement
initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree in
Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
.

Minimum
5-7 years of recruitment experience
, ideally in the IT or tech industry.

Hands-on experience with
Zoho Recruit
or similar ATS/HR tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.

A
proactive, positive, and ownership-driven
mindset.

Passion for identifying talent and helping people unlock their potential.

Eagerness to learn, innovate, and grow with a supportive, modern team.

Must have : fluent
German
& English
