Avem nevoie de ajutor pe partea administrativa a companiei.

Sunt cateva nevoi principale de gestionat.

Gestionarea achizitiilor

  • Avem tot felul de nevoi pentru a face activitatea zilnica sa functioneze. Asta inseamna achizitii regulate de la cativa furnizori de baza si cateva ocazionale mai specifice. Cerinta este sa poti gestiona toate aceste cerinte, sa le structurezi, sa le introduci intr-un sistem pentru validare si gestonarea bugetului aferent lor.
  • Procesul incepe de cand apare cerinta si pana cand produsl solicitat ajunge la persoana in cauza.

Office Manager

  • Pentru buna fucntionare a activitatii avem nevoie ca sediile in care activam sa isi pastreze starea buna in care se afla. Asadar avem o precupare permanenta pe partea de mentinere, reparatii si imbunatatiri aduse birourilor unde ne desfasuram activitatea.
  • Va trebui, atunci cand este cazul, sa gasesti solutii si colaboratori ca sa facem reparatiile rapid si eficient.

HR

  • Trimiterea documentelor catre firma de HR si mentinerea relatiei cu aceasta.
  • Evident vrem o activitate organizata si 1-2 rapoarte de monitorizare a relatiei

Mi-ar placea sa ai experienta pe asa ceva. Caut sa ai o fire organizata, analitica si sa fi o persoana automotivata.

Daca consideri ca ne poti ajuta pe aceasta latura, m-ar bucura sa-ti citesc CV-ul si sa te descopar.

Locatia este centrala, iar jobul este DOAR de la sediu.

Sunt si putin presat de timp, asa ca trimite-mi CV-ul ca sa putem incepe cat mai repede.
