We're looking for a skilled
Business Analyst (Tester)
who will ensure top-quality assurance across all phases of our projects and act as a key link between testing, development, and business units.


Mandatory Qualifications:

Knowledge of English

University degree (M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field


No degree?
At least
5 years of equivalent professional experience


Mandatory Experience:

Hands-on experience with
agile development methodologies and tools


Preferred Qualifications / Experience

Test management competence using agile methodologies and tools

Defect management competence using agile methodologies and tools


Objectives of the Assignment:

You will:

Ensure
quality assurance
by defining and overseeing test strategy, plans, and execution

Coordinate
defect management
(logging, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving issues with dev & business teams)

Monitor
test progress and defect trends
, providing regular reports to stakeholders

Facilitate smooth
communication between testing, development, and business teams


Tasks to be Performed:

Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Define the (automated) test approach and strategy

Define the test object inventory

Plan, coordinate, and monitor regression, system integration, and user acceptance tests

Deliver test reporting

Manage defects (triage, classification, resolution, follow-up)
