We are currently seeking an Junior Adminandamp;Procurement Officer to join us.

What are we looking for-

  • University degree (graduate or student of Academy of Economic Studies or Politehnica University or Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest );
  • Experience on a similar position of minimum 1 year would be considered as an advantage;
  • Good English knowledge, any other language would be considered as an advantage;
  • Advanced Microsoft office programs ( Excel, PowerPoint, Word ) knowledge;
  • Attention to details and accuracy;
  • Enthusiastic personality and willingness to learn new things;
  • Team player who takes responsibility for her/his work;
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Driving license - B category

What will you do-

  • Collecting ESG data from suppliers and drafts reports to monitor actual vs budget KPIs;
  • Helping the Admin Manager and Procurement Manager to maintain the relationship with the suppliers and ensure services are provided at the level required;
  • Post orders for small office consumables;
  • Involvement in preparing documents for ISO certifications;
  • Other tasks as necessary
