Service Technician
pasionat de tehnologie, cu experiență în sisteme de securitate și detecție incendiu, pentru activități de service și suport tehnic pre și post-vânzare.

Responsabilități principale:


• Instalarea și programarea sistemelor de securitate și detecție incendiu conform specificațiilor proiectului.


• Realizarea intervențiilor de service, respectând SLA-urile contractuale.


• Întocmirea documentației aferente fiecărei acțiuni (rapoarte service, procese verbale instalare).


• Gestionarea comenzilor interne pentru materiale necesare.


• Vizite în locații pentru evaluarea particularităților intervențiilor.


• Relaționarea corectă și profesională cu clienții.


• Diagnosticul defectelor sistemelor și suport pentru implementarea soluțiilor.


• Monitorizarea performanței sistemelor în zona de acțiune.


• Sprijinirea procesului de onboarding pentru clienți și a activităților de mentenanță periodică.


• Colaborarea cu colegii din teritoriu și cu echipele de dezvoltare software.

Cerințe:


• Experiență minim 2 ani în domeniu similar.


• Certificare ARTS sau echivalent recunoscut de MAI.


• Cunoștințe de bază Windows, concepte fundamentale de rețelistică și aplicații business.


• Dorință de a învăța tehnologii și produse noi (AI, IoT, senzori, machine learning reprezintă avantaj).


• Abilități excelente de comunicare și orientare către client.


• Capacitatea de a gestiona mai multe sarcini și de a prioritiza eficient.


• Disponibilitate pentru deplasări pe teritoriul național.


• Limba engleză – nivel mediu (citire documentație tehnică).


• Bune abilități de lucru în echipă.

Educație:


• Minim liceu cu diplomă de bacalaureat.


• Limba engleză – nivel mediu pentru citirea documentației tehnice.
