What will you be doing as an Safety Manager

The core focus of this role is establishing, implementing, and improving comprehensive safety management, prioritizing proactive prevention, employee protection, and regulatory compliance at Bunge. 

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

Conducting risk assessments regarding employee security and health plus developing prevention and protection plans based on ongoing activities.Ensuring that system requirements are known, implemented, and maintained continuously at the location level.Ensuring that S.S.M. (Safety and Health at Work) training is being carried out regularly and according to law.Investigating the causes of events, drawing up research files, and ensuring ongoing communication with local authorities.Performing inspections and checks with the frequency required by legal requirements and/or the system documents.Ensuring that emergency plans are being continuously adapted to identified and analyzed dangers.

What you can bring to the role:

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceNPM and NSSM certificateSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong English proficiency written and spoken
