Primary Functions And Tasks
About the Role:
As a Junior (Trainee) Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. Working closely with the finance team, business units, and suppliers, you will ensure compliance with internal procedures, contribute to smooth financial operations, and maintain high standards of accuracy in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify completeness and correctness of incoming invoices according to internal documentation (Process Maps, Work Instructions, FW Accounting Guidelines, and other applicable procedures).
• Process non‑PO vendor invoices using Xflow (internal invoice processing platform) following established workflows.
• Maintain proper storage and archiving of all posted invoices.
• Identify missing invoices and request them from suppliers in coordination with responsible business units.
• Execute payments (automatic and manual) and perform related clearings on vendor subledger accounts in line with internal procedures.
• Handle invoice‑related queries, including emails regarding payments and vendor dunning letters.
• Send reminders to approvers for delayed invoice approvals and extract necessary reports.
• Support internal audits by providing requested documentation and information to the Team Leader.
• Contribute to additional tasks assigned by hierarchical superiors related to the Accounts Payable scope.

We are looking for:

• Advanced English (C1 level) is required.
• University graduate in Finance and availability to work full‑time.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (previous experience is a plus).
• Prior experience in a Finance process or Accounts Payable is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
