Areas of Responsibility

• Ensure that the recalculations are handled correctly from both a commercial and legal point of view along with Ayvens customer support policies and procedures;
• Update as per request or proactively the system with recalculation details and contract changes:
• Mobility contracts are (pro)active up-to-date, in accordance with actual mileage, equipment level of the object and lease service components;
• Keeping the user's name and address details up to date during the contract;
• Bulk changes during the contract term;
• Responsible for carrying out a high-quality customer service by creating robust documentation and process mapping and be part of an end to end support of transition
• Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, conduct quality sample assessments and identify process improvements
• Assisting department as needed/requested by line manager

Job Requirements

• University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc)
• English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written)
• 2 years' experience working in Customer Service
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization
• Financial and Commercial skills + analytical ability
• Able to work under pressure and in periods with peaks
• Broad knowledge of the automotive industry / market
