Job Summary:

As a Materials Management Store Intern, you will support daily warehouse operations within the assigned division by assisting with document tracking, performing data analysis primarily using Excel, and learning fundamental storekeeping tasks. Under the guidance of the materials management team, you will gain hands-on experience in inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse best practices. You will contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy in both physical stock and the warehouse management system, while also supporting stock planning and replenishment activities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage materials issuance, picking, reception
  • Assist with inventory audits and stock reconciliation processes
  • Support in organizing and maintaining storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Documents tracking
  • Data analysis (EXCEL mainly)
  • Learning and execute the basic storekeeper tasks

Essential Requirements:

  • English speaker
  • Good skills in working with Microsoft 365
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced logistics or supply chain environment
