We are looking for a planning engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and stock levels,
  • Plan and optimize capacity, manpower, and machine resources,
  • Monitor production processes and analyze deviations to take corrective actions,
  • Manage material requirements planning (MRP) and ensure timely material availability,
  • Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, logistics, and quality departments,
  • Conduct efficiency and cost analysis to improve overall productivity,
  • Manage production schedules, data entries, and reports within the ERP system.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering
    , or a related field,
  • Minimum of
    2 years of experience
    in production planning or a similar role,
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Result-oriented, detail-focused, and a good team player,
  • Proficient in
    MS Office applications
    , especially
    Excel
    ,
  • Good command of
    English
    (written and spoken), Turkish is a plus.
