What you'll do:
Own the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce org (primarily Sales Cloud, possibly Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud)
Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions (flows, custom objects, automations, reports & dashboards)
Proactively identify system improvements, ensure data quality, and drive adoption across teams
Lead integration efforts with third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, SAP) in collaboration with our tech teams
Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams – providing insights, troubleshooting, and training
Coordinate with Salesforce developers and external consultants when needed
Stay up to date on platform releases and evaluate potential impact on our setup

What we're looking for:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced, mid-to-large scale environment
Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201); additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus
Proven ability to build and manage Flows, Permission Sets, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Reports
Strong understanding of CRM processes, particularly in Sales and Marketing
Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware) and data migrations is an advantage
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
