Mission

ING Bank is looking for a Product Owner to support the Payments area to deliver target processing engines & improve product flows.

We are a very dedicated team which has the mission to bring new products and new features on eisting products to give the best customer eperience in payments ecosystem using agile methodology. In this respect, every team member is eposed to a variety of challenges, from technical solutions and design to improve the payments engines to stay in line with customers' epectations, processing speed, within aa bank regulated area which is changing very fast. That's why we must design, implement and support new high quality enterprise software solutions which need to provide performance, availability and scalability but at the same time to offer integrity and confidentiality for our customers transactions.

In your day to day activities, as Product Owner, you will need to oversight the planning, backlog and deliverables in line with organization strategical objectives, apply a holistic view and drive the changes to continually improve the payments processing landscape. You will need to understand and evaluate comple data models and develop functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with your team.

Your day to day

• Ensure at all times the accurate delivery of products and services you have committed to, in line with organization projects and initiatives
• Take pro-active measures to align and create awareness between various stakeholders.
• Developing the product vision and defining what to do to get there;
• Development & eecution of the product roadmap;
• Managing the backlog; active contribution to all events of the spring by asking, answering & challenging.
• Clearly epress the product backlog to the squad and maimize the work of Development team.
• Be a product epert & set new standard.
• Understanding the customers & stakeholders needs and actively propose actions to improve efficiency & ce.
• Follow & understand trends & market evolution.
• Actively initiate/propose changes – new products/features, new processes, new technologies in line with observed opportunities & market trends.
• Ensuring that business and IT understand and complement each other's epertise.

What you bring to the team

• Minimum 3 years' eperience in the banking sector (payments area) - relevant eperience in payments processing, clearing schemes, SWIFT messaging.
• Proven eperience in Project Management including planning, eecution & delivery of projects.
• Higher Education degree.

• Analytical thinking, focus on quality (commitment to respect the standards of ecellence), proactive attitude, determination and discipline, customer orientation, team spirit.
• Positive attitude, accountable and open minded to challenge the status quo.

• Ecellent communication skills - ability to present formal /informal findings in a clearly defined and persuasive manner.
• You have Ecellent written and spoken English skills.
