Ai experienta in banking si vrei sa duci digitalul la nivelul urmator? Te asteptam in rolul de Product Owner al aplicatiei de internet banking. Vei avea un rol-cheie in definirea viziunii si a strategiei de crestere, cu focus pe utilizare, retentie si engagement. Vei coordona lansarea de functionalitati si campanii digitale cu impact, alaturi de echipele de marketing, si vei transforma feedback-ul clientilor in experiente digitale memorabile.
Salariul de incadrare pentru rolul de Product Owner (IBK) - Divizia Marketing este in intervalul de 16000 lei brut si 23000 lei brut, in functie de experienta profesionala si gradul de potrivire cu cerintele rolului.
- Definesti si implementezi strategia de crestere internet banking;
- Identifici oportunitatile de crestere a utilizarii, retentiei si engagement-ului clientilor;
- Analizezi piata, competitorii si tendintele digitale cu scopul de a influenta directia produsului;
- Planifici si coordonezi lansarile noilor functionalitati sau a campaniilor digitale în aplicatile mobile/ web ;
- Lansezi functionalitatile catre clientii existenti si noi;
- Masori impactul campaniilor de crestere asupra utilizarii aplicatiei.
- Ai experienta de minimum 3 ani in calitate de Product Owner (proiecte din aria de mobile & internet banking, canale digitale reprezinta un avantaj);
- Comunici excelent si reusesti sa convingi si sa sustii idei de imbunatatire;
- Gasesti cele mai bune solutii, esti proactiv/a si sustii schimbarile proceselor;
- Lucrezi cu usurinta in echipe cross-functionale, te simti in largul tau sa coordonezi echipe si sa iei rapid decizii;
- Esti absolvent(a) de studii superioare, preferabil in domeniul financiar-bancar, marketing sau IT si vorbesti engleza la un nivel conversational.
