HSE Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with HSE legislation, internal policies, and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards;
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE procedures, risk assessments, and emergency response plans;
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and fire drills to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken;
• Deliver HSE induction and ongoing training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors;
• Investigate accidents, incidents and prepare detailed reports and follow up on corrective/preventive actions;
• Maintain and update HSE documentation, including permits, certifications;
• Work closely with external authorities and represent the company during inspections, audits, and regulatory visits;
• Maintain accurate records of periodic medical check-ups;
• Regularly inspect firefighting equipment and issue fire permits as required;
• Ensure compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) standards, including selection, distribution, and proper usage.

Requirements:

• University degree (technical field would be a plus);
• PSI / SSM certification;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or automotive industry;
• Solid understanding of HSE legislation and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 requirements;
• English: intermediate level (written and spoken) – required;
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
