We're looking for a proactive
Back Office Specialist
to take ownership of our logistics, purchasing, and sales processes, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and without any delays. This is a hands-on role, working closely every day with customers, suppliers, production sites, and internal teams.

What you'll do:

  • Take charge of the full order process – from purchase to delivery
  • Ensure deliveries and documentation are accurate and on time
  • Communicate effectively with customers, factories, and transport partners
  • Keep everyone updated on order status and progress
  • Verify commercial, logistics, and financial documents

Your day-to-day:

  • Manage sales and purchasing processes smoothly
  • Organize transport tailored to customer needs, including customs and storage solutions
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers while tracking delivery timelines
  • Check transport, purchase, and sales invoices
  • Oversee stock levels and material flow to keep everything running efficiently
