Field Coach Trainer 60-100

As a Field Coach Trainer your mission is to support and develop retail teams in delivering the client experience. Through local execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach client advisors to become ambassadors of Brand culture, values and products.

Your role is to partner up with Store Managers to deliver the training path, enable retail teams to enhance client experience and develop skills to engage our Client.

As part of the training team, you translate and execute the corporate training strategy throughout Central Europe, partnering with Store Managers. Based in Bucharest you will often travel to Budapest and define the roll-out plan to best contribute to business growth, answering to the needs of the stores through selling skills, product training and active coaching. You will spend about most of your time in stores, between coaching and in-store training in small groups.

You will support Store Managers in building individual coaching plans after performing gap analysis of their teams, and in coaching their teams on selling skills through coaching the coach.

Coaching and training at the heart of team performance :

• Lead a culture of in-store coaching, with a priority on Client Advisors according to their needs, o bserving interactions, actively listening, and guiding them to develop their own solutions.
• Support Store Managers and HR with performance and progress tracking.
• Drive key training initiatives, e.g. "Client Experience", through sustained in-store coaching, fostering a shop-floor focus and positive.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to deliver product training, including new launches. Develop cross-selling skills by combining product knowledge with sales techniques through role-playing and on-the-floor coaching.
• Keep Store Management informed of training activities (progress, actions, concerns) and provide recommendations.
• Manage and monitor the quality and impact of in-store training through follow-up and partnership with Store Management, maintaining a visible presence to observe implementation and ensure knowledge retention.
• Identify and nurture potential training talent within the store to become future coaches.
• Oversee the in-store LMS to ensure accurate training records and Store Management proficiency.

Facilitate on-boarding of new comers :

• Facilitate on-boarding of new comers.
• Ensure a consistent on-boarding for all new starters.
• Liaise with HR to ensure proactive planning for new employees.
• Ensure regular liaison with trainees, giving feedback on progress to the individual, their Manager and HR during on boarding and induction.

• 5+ years of retail/customer service experience with a strong focus on client interaction and floor presence.
• Experience in training animation is required.
• Proven coaching skills.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
• Organizational skills, results oriented and problem solving.
• Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives.
• Passion in fashion, art and luxury retail industry.
• Flexibility, willingness to travel monthly.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
