We are looking for a motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Business Manager.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the IT industry, a strong grasp of business processes, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Operations: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth delivery of IT projects and services.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships, understand business needs, and support account growth.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, and technical) to ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
  • Financial Oversight: Track budgets, prepare reports, and analyze key business metrics to support decision-making.
  • Business Development Support: Assist in preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in operations and propose strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a business management, operations, or similar role within the IT industry.
  • Good understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, or technology solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
