Analist Financiar și de Raportare
în cadrul echipei financiare, domeniul medical din București, România.

Căutăm o persoană proactivă și atentă la detalii, care să ocupe rolul de Analist Financiar și de Raportare, pentru a sprijini implementarea în curs a Power BI în spitalul nostru și pentru a susține procesul de raportare a rezultatelor financiare.

În acest rol, principala responsabilitate va fi asigurarea acurateței și calității datelor financiare și operaționale, precum și utilizarea dashboard-urilor Power BI pentru analiza și interpretarea datelor spitalului.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Validarea, corectarea și menținerea acurateței datelor financiare și operaționale care alimentează rapoartele Power BI.
  • Utilizarea dashboard-urilor existente în Power BI pentru analiza performanței financiare și operaționale.
  • Colaborarea cu echipele de operațiuni și IT pentru rezolvarea discrepanțelor din date și îmbunătățirea calității acestora.
  • Sprijinirea procesului de îmbunătățire continuă a colectării și introducerii datelor pentru a asigura rapoarte fiabile.
  • Pe baza rapoartelor medicale, calcularea remunerației medicilor conform unor metodologii specifice (proces doar parțial automatizat).
  • Implicarea în procesul de raportare a rezultatelor financiare ale BRAIN către acționari și creditori (o parte din raportare fiind automatizată prin Power BI).

Cerințe / Calificări:

  • Cunoștințe solide de Microsoft Excel; cunoștințele de Power BI reprezintă un avantaj.
  • Minimum 3 ani de experiență în Finanțe și/sau Contabilitate.
  • Competențe contabile solide (obligatorii).
  • Experiență în analiză financiară.
  • Abilități analitice dezvoltate.
  • Cunoștințe de audit – avantaj.
  • Cunoștințe de raportare financiară și situații financiare.
  • Limba engleză – nivel avansat.
  • Atenție la detalii și acuratețe.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și relaționare.
